Fitting and Installation Services

Roots offer a fitting service in KENT only. Sorry to all of you that live outside Kent, but our carpenters and plumbers like to get home the same day they left for work.

The cost of fitting depends on the amount of work you need us to do. The more you need us to do, the more it will cost. We promise to make our fitting cost as clear as possible so you know all the work that we will doing and how much it will cost. We will estimate how long the work will take to do but please note our carpenters are under instructions to always do a good job. If it takes us longer to complete the job than we estimated you will NOT be charged extra. (although if you ask for extra work to be done you will be charged for that).

If you are building or extending your house we will be able to co-ordinate work with your builder and other trades to save you money. For example, we will give full plans showing where electrical sockets need to be so work will not need to be done twice. As our fitting is itemised you can choose who you want to do certain tasks (for example, you can choose whether your builder or whether we move a water main into a new extension).

Some fitting prices can be seen on our web site near the products they refer to. For example fitting prices are shown for sliding wardrobes and water softeners. All fitting prices are quoted "subject to survey". If the price changes once we have surveyed you are given the option to cancel the order.

"But I Still want to know how much it costs to fit a. . . ?"
Well, here are some estimates based on our experience. You may pay more, you may pay less, but it will give you some figures to work with.
